Rompecabeza is characterized by a single-area cockpit/salon accessed by a huge glass door which is entirely retractable. the yacht can go from “cozy” to “loft” mode in a flash at the touch of a button for your panoramic views and fresh air.The huge “garage door” swings up to the roof of the cabin which gives you a huge open space for entertaining. There is nothing like it! All that space! If the weather turns, or you feel like some privacy, we can swing the big door down and you have a fully enclosed saloon. Very neat! The foredeck is solid without trampolines which provides more lounging space in the forward cockpit area. The forward part of the salon is all windows: the big central window opens right up so that the crew may pass beverages out to anyone lounging in the forward cockpit area. It´s a short few steps up either side from the aft cockpit area, to the flybridg to enjoy the sun lounge The accommodations are spacious and light - certainly at the top of her class when it comes to space down below

MEET THE CREW

Don was born in a small town in Northern Indiana, with over 100 lakes in his county, it’s no wonder he owned his first boat at age 19. Since that day there has been very little time in his life that didn’t involve a boat. A move to downtown Chicago nearly a decade ago sparked his interest in sailing and the Lake Michigan boating scene. A frequent visitor to the USVI for sailing vacations, Don and his wife Staci found themselves in love with the islands and always envisioned a day when they would call this place “home”. Don is a USCG Master Licensed Captain and is always eager to share his love of sailing with his onboard guests.


Staci’s love of boating started nearly 20 years ago when she and Captain Don got married. A steady first mate on all of their vessels over the years, Staci is a more than capable member of the team and is prepared to make your stay with us a memorable and enjoyable one. Staci’s infectious upbeat personality and boundless positive attitude are sure to brighten the day of those around her. As an American Sailing Association certified sailor, Staci is also ready to hoist a sail and trim a sheet.

An eclectic selection is always on the menu! From the meat and potatoes of a Midwest upbringing to Ceviche and Paella experiences from many vacations in Central and South America, you’ll always be pleased with the variety of the day. Caribbean and Asian inspired dishes will be featured heavily as well, locally sourced seafood makes for excellent fresh Sushi!
