About Us

There are four main pillars of our business:

We provide fully crewed, all inclusive, weeklong sailing charter vacations.

We maintain & operate all of the independently owned charter yachts in our fleet through our boutique yacht management program.

We have a small in-house brokerage that can book the yachts in our fleet directly (in addition to our cherished broker relations outside our company).

We have a small fleet of powerboats for use for guest transportation, day charters, and yacht support.

Our company was founded by Collin & Corinne Steyn who originally hail from South Africa.

They have an abundance of worldwide industry expertise in finance, hospitality, crew management, and yachting.

Our Location

&Beyond Yacht Charters is based in the British Virgin Islands and all of our yacht charters (with a few exceptions) begin & end here.

Our home base is on the island of Virgin Gorda with our yachts in the Virgin Gorda Yacht Harbour marina in Spanishtown.

While we do have a few of our team members who are based in the US & USVI, if you’re applying for a job with us, please plan on relocating to the British Virgin Islands.

Everyone except BVI Belongers is required to obtain a work permit to live & work in the territory. (We will assist you with this if/when you receive an offer of employment.)
