For current & prospective yacht owners, we provide a hands-on, personalized management approach of your yacht, allowing you to seamlessly enter into a commercial charter program with an experienced team of yachting professionals.

Our main office & charter yacht fleet are located in Virgin Gorda Yacht Harbour in the BVI.

They began their joint hospitality management career in owning and managing a vacation destination company in Southern Africa for several years before turning their sights on the Virgin Islands.

Collin Steyn | Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Collin’s love for sailing began during his service as a Naval Officer in the South African Navy, a passion that eventually led him to captain charter yachts in the Virgin Islands before transitioning into ownership and management. Today, as Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of &Beyond Yacht Charters, Collin combines his lifelong passion for the sea with more than 27 years of executive leadership experience.
Prior to launching &Beyond Yacht Charters, Collin held senior leadership roles—including CFO and CEO—across industries such as security systems integration, fleet management, outsourcing, wholesale, and distribution in both the United States and abroad. This extensive background in financial stewardship, operational management, and strategic growth has uniquely positioned him to guide &Beyond Yacht Charter’s vision and success.
As CEO, Collin is responsible for shaping the company’s long-term strategy, driving business development, and ensuring the highest standards of service excellence for yacht owners, charter guests, and industry partners. He oversees operations, financial planning, and risk management while fostering a culture of professionalism, innovation, and hospitality within the team.
Collin’s rare blend of maritime experience and corporate leadership allows him to deliver both operational excellence and unforgettable guest experiences. Under his leadership, &Beyond Yacht Charters continues to expand its fleet, innovate its offerings, and strengthen its reputation as a premier provider of luxury yacht management and charter services.
Corinne Steyn | Co-Founder & Chief Experience Officer
As Chief Experience Officer at &Beyond Yacht Charters, Corinne is dedicated to designing and delivering an unparalleled luxury yachting experience for clients, guests, and yacht owners. With a background spanning healthcare, sales, event planning, and yacht hospitality, she brings a unique blend of organizational expertise, empathy, and leadership to her role.
Corinne oversees every aspect of the guest journey—from pre-charter planning to onboard experiences—ensuring that each touchpoint reflects the company’s luxury standards. She leads crew development and training—fostering a culture of care, professionalism, and attention to detail. In working closely with captains, chefs, and crew members, she integrates unique experiences, adventure, and fine dining into each charter, ensuring seamless service and memorable moments.
In addition to her client-facing responsibilities, Corinne plays a key role in human resources, crew management, and yacht readiness—ensuring vessels are perfectly staged and crews are supported to deliver their very best. Her natural gift for caring for people, combined with her strategic vision, strengthens &Beyond Yacht Charter’s reputation as a premier luxury charter company and ensures every guest feels not just welcomed, but truly valued.
Simon Carey | Chief Operations Officer
After Simon spent two years in the Peace Corps in Botswana, which he describes as, “one of the greatest experiences ever,” his lust for adventure consumed him, and to make a very long story short, he began crewing on a charter yacht in the Indian Ocean Islands of the Comoros and Seychelles. After that, he never looked back. He completed his RYA Ocean Yacht Master license in Cape Town and after that, his entrepreneurial spirit took hold. He bought a Swan 42 and sailed it from Ft Lauderdale to Greece to start his own charter business. Seven years later, he managed a fleet of Swans in the eastern Mediterranean.
The Moorings then took notice of Simon, and soon thereafter he returned to the states to The Moorings headquarters as their Global Technical Director. The charter industry was rapidly changing at that time: TUI Marine gobbled up Sunsail and then The Moorings. During this time, Simon oversaw the global merging of the two competing brands, which took him all over the world from Tahiti to St Lucia. He finally ended up in St. Vincent and the Grenadines as Regional Director for TUI Marine (TheMoorings/Sunsail) for the Windward Islands.
Simon has now joined the &Beyond Yacht Charters team to solidify the operational execution of our fleet, placing &Beyond Yacht Charters at the forefront of the crewed yacht charter industry. In his role as COO, Simon applies his extensive experience in yacht charter management to ensure the company delivers world-class yacht charter experiences while maximizing operational excellence which includes fleet management, client services, and overall business efficiency.
As a sailor, there is no ocean he has not sailed; as an entrepreneur, there is no passion of his that he has not placed in action; as a visionary thinker, he has always pushed the limit to achieve the greatest outcomes.
Donna Forney | Controller
Donna K. Forney is an accomplished finance and management professional with more than 30 years of experience leading accounting operations, budgeting, and strategic financial planning across diverse industries. Since 2020, she has served as Controller for &Beyond Yacht Charters, where she oversees financial reporting, forecasting, and systems integration to support the company’s continued growth and operational excellence.
Throughout her career, Donna has held key leadership roles in corporate finance and property management, recognized for her strong analytical skills, technological proficiency, and hands-on approach to improving efficiency and accuracy. She has managed full-cycle accounting functions, audits, and software transitions including Great Plains, MRI, and Microsoft Dynamics.
A graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Computer Science and a minor in Business, Donna combines financial acumen with technical expertise, enabling her to deliver clarity, precision, and results in every role she takes on.
Sandy Steyn | Broker Liaison
Sandy joined &Beyond Yacht Charters in 2022 as a Broker Liaison, where she plays a key role in all communication and bookings with charter brokers. With her wealth of hospitality and administrative experience, Sandy ensures that every interaction is seamless, professional, and delivered in a timely manner with genuine care.
Originally from Pretoria, South Africa, Sandy’s career spans more than 30 years in the hospitality, property, and tourism industries. After completing her diploma in Hotel Management in 1991, she built her foundation working in hotels, steadily progressing into management roles. Over the years, she gained extensive expertise in front office operations, reservations, administration, and guest services, always recognized for her attention to detail and ability to create smooth, efficient systems.
Her career highlights include senior roles at some of South Africa’s most prestigious establishments. Throughout her career, Sandy has developed a reputation for being organized, reliable, and service-driven, with a natural ability to build strong relationships with both colleagues and clients. Her experience in reservations, events, administration, and property management has made her an invaluable member of every team she has been part of. Sandy brings this wealth of experience to &Beyond Yacht Charters, where she continues to uphold the highest standards of professionalism while ensuring that brokers and their clients receive the very best in communication and support.
Flair Martin | Charter Consultant
Flair has been working in the charter yacht industry for just under a decade. He has worked all over the world as both a yacht chef and skipper on midsized charter yachts. His industry experience also extends to shore-based vessel support, operations, and operations management.
Flair also develops training programs for crew and is an avid promoter of the midsized yacht industry community and culture. For much of his career, he has worked throughout the Caribbean with most of his time being spent sailing in the USVI and BVI. His significant time living in both of these territories has given him an intimate knowledge of both the crew and vessels that populate the fleets of this tight knit community, and he prides himself on giving guests the best possible outcomes when they visit these amazing islands.
In his role as a Charter Consultant for &Beyond Yacht Charters, he pairs guests with the vessel they deserve and the crew they need to give them the best possible vacation with us.
Adam Williams | Fleet Manager
Adam brings over six years of professional yacht and fleet management experience, backed by a strong foundation in marine technology and environmental sciences. Currently serving as Fleet Manager at &Beyond Yacht Charters, he oversees the daily operations, maintenance, and compliance of a growing fleet, ensuring vessels are safe, well maintained, and guest-ready.
Previously, Adam managed The Moorings base in St. Thomas, where he led vessel operations, guest relations, and technical teams. He also worked as a Marine Technician specializing in electrical, mechanical, and warranty repairs for leading yacht brands. His earlier career includes roles as a Marine Technician at Multitech Marine, Environmental Planner for the Virgin Islands DPNR, and as a Naturalist at The Ritz-Carlton’s Ambassadors of the Environment program, highlighting his expertise in both marine systems and environmental stewardship.
Adam holds a B.S. in Earth Sciences from UNC Charlotte and is a licensed USCG 100-Ton Master Captain with multiple maritime safety and diving certifications. His unique blend of technical skill, operational leadership, and passion for the ocean makes him an invaluable leader in yacht fleet management.
Chrissann Nickel | Marketing
Chrissann, originally hailing from the San Francisco Bay Area, began her hospitality career in the world of hotels, holding positions in Sales & Marketing and Guest Relations for Marriott and Ritz Carlton. In 2006, she seized the opportunity to relocate to St. Thomas and fell head over heels for the Virgin Islands. She resided on various islands in between the USVI & BVI for over 12 years until Hurricane Irma landed her back in the US.
Between the Virgin Islands and her current home base in Miami/Fort Lauderdale, Chrissann has been immersed in the boating and yachting world for decades. She truly believes there’s no better vacation on earth than sailing around the BVI on a crewed catamaran and would be delighted to get you on one of our yachts so you can see for yourself.
