Ether’s award winning open concept design offers an abundance of space similar to that of super yachts including four individually climate controlled Queen cabins each with their own private showers and baths surrounded by beautiful stone, wood and leather finishes comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. Ether’s Chef will prepare the most delicious meals for you and your guests while your Captain finds the perfect cove or private beach to explore on a paddle-board, snorkel, scuba, waterski or just lounge on one of Ether’s 3-stories enjoying the 360 panoramic views of paradise. Chef: Reeve Forget
Stewart's sailing journey began at a young age when he attended sailing camps in Ireland during the long, adventurous summer holidays. A way to keep him out of the house, these camps quickly sparked a deep passion for the sea that would stay with him.
After spending the COVID lockdown in London, Stewart realized it was time for a change. In 2022, he completed his RYA Yachtmaster and made the bold decision to pursue a life on the water. Since then, he has not looked back, spending two incredible seasons sailing in the Caribbean and three in the Mediterranean. Each experience has only deepened his love for the ocean and strengthened his desire to share that passion with others.
Stewart is also an avid traveler, having explored over 50 countries across the globe. Whether it’s a bustling city or a quiet island, he loves immersing himself in new cultures and discovering hidden gems around the world.
A keen diver, Stewart began scuba diving at the age of 14 and hasn’t stopped since. As a qualified PADI Divemaster, he’s always on the lookout for hidden dive spots, eager to explore the underwater world and share his discoveries with guests.
Reeve is an experienced yacht chef with a passion for cooking and sailing.
She began her career as a sous chef and transitioned to yacht cuisine five years ago, blending her culinary expertise with her love for the ocean.
Learning to sail small dinghies about a decade ago in France, made her realize she feels most at home on the water.
With a keen artistic eye and majoring in photography at university, she truly appreciates the beauty of sailing these beautiful islands and crystal blue waters.
Reeve thrives on the ever-changing conditions and challenges of cooking at sea which enhances her love for crafting exceptional meals.
As your charter captain and chef, Stewart and Reeve, are excited to welcome you aboard Ether and provide you with unforgettable experiences on the water, combining their love for sailing, cooking, diving, and adventure.

To say that our week with Stewart and Reeve, aboard Ether was above &beyond our expectations doesn’t do justice to the incredible experience provided to us. From our initial communication, and throughout the entire trip, their attention to detail, easy-going and relaxed manner and humor created an atmosphere that was as special as the stunning beauty surrounding us.
The itinerary, planned by the amazing Captain Stewart brought us to sunny beaches, great snorkeling spots, hiking adventures, fantastic sailing days, paddle boarding, and “subnado” runs was eclipsed only by the scrumptious menu, crafted by our spectacular chef Reeve.
We’ll miss Captain Stewart’s morning breakfast calls, Reeve’s warm morning smile with a full pot of coffee in hand, all the laughs, and jokes throughout the day. We left lots of bubbles in the water, and took memories that will last a lifetime. I can’t thank this crew enough, or express how they really made our trip one of the most memorable times of my life.

Our time on the Ether with Stewart and Reeve combined all of the above and more. It was a perfect week of sailing the BVI - full of beautiful locations, lots of laughter and wonderful conversations with our dear friends, as well as our new ones, Stewart and Reeve.
They allowed us to be as active (or not) as we wanted . . . Lazy napping, paddle boarding, kayaking, a bit of snorkeling, a light hike, and taking the wheel of the Ether (without incident)! We would return to this boat - and with this crew - in a flash. It was a beautiful week we’ll always remember. Thank you Reeve and Stewart for your graciousness, hospitality and care.
