Getting Here
Our fleet of charter yachts are based in Virgin Gorda Yacht Harbour in the British Virgin Islands.
Depending on your arrival time, you will either:
Take a public ferry or one of our private water taxis from the St. Thomas (STT) or Beef Island (EIS) airport to meet your yacht in the Virgin Gorda Yacht Harbour marina.
Take a taxi from the Virgin Gorda airport (VIJ) to meet your yacht in the Virgin Gorda Yacht Harbour marina
Take a short walk from the Beef Island (EIS) airport to meet your yacht in the Trellis Bay landing.

Arriving by Air
ARRIVING BY AIR
British Virgin Islands
The main airport in the British Virgin Islands is on Beef Island, which is connected to the main island of Tortola by a bridge.
Beef Island Airport (EIS) is accessible on direct flights to & from Miami with American Airlines.
You can also connect to Beef Island (EIS) via San Juan Airport (SJU) in Puerto Rico or via St. Maarten Airport (SXM) through several different airlines originating in the US, Canada, and Europe.
Alternatively, there is a much smaller regional airport on the island of Virgin Gorda (VIJ). Commercial flights are available between Virgin Gorda Airport (VIJ) and San Juan Airport (SJU) in Puerto Rico via Cape Air. Private air charter options are available via Fly BVI, Island Birds, and Tradewind Aviation.

On Tortola, we recommend you check out Scrub Island Resort or Wyndham’s Lambert Beach Resort. On Virgin Gorda, we recommend you check out Rosewood’s Little Dix Bay or Fischer’s Cove.
ARRIVING BY AIR
US Virgin Islands
To arrive into the US Virgin Islands for your charter, you will use St. Thomas airport (STT).
The water taxis and ferries out of St. Thomas to the British Virgin Islands all leave out of the East End of the island in Red Hook. You will need to catch a taxi from the airport to Red Hook, which is a roughly 30-45 minute drive, depending on the time of day.

On St. Thomas, we recommend you check out either Mafolie Hotel, The Westin, The Ritz-Carlton, or The Pink Palm Hotel.
BVI CUSTOMS & IMMIGRATION
Whether you arrive into the British Virgin Islands by sea or by air, you will be required to clear through BVI Customs and Immigration.
You can streamline your arrival process by completing your forms up to 72 hours in advance of your arrival here.
You will need a valid passport, and applicable visa (depending on your country of origin).

A Professionally Trained Crew
Each yacht is fully crewed with a captain and chef/first mate. Depending on the size of the yacht, there may be one additional crew member. Our team of yachting professionals are provided with ongoing position-specific training to help them provide an unparalleled level of service onboard.
Our teams are known for their warm, friendly demeanors, local knowledge, attention to detail, and their exceptional hospitality.
All-Inclusive Food & Beverages
All of your meals, snacks, and beverages (including alcoholic beverages) are included in your yacht charter rate. Prior to your arrival, our team of yacht consultants will obtain any dietary needs, preferences, or restrictions you may have so that your yacht chef can plan accordingly.
Your yacht chef will fully provision the yacht for the entirety of your stay onboard with everything you desire. All of your chef-prepared meals will be plated and served on the yacht with lux table scapes and, of course, the surrounding Caribbean blue views.
Stylishly Appointed Guest Cabins
While the amount of cabins and cabin layout will vary by yacht, every cabin onboard our yachts is tastefully decorated, outfitted for maximum guest comfort, and air-conditioned.
Most of our guest cabins have ensuite bathrooms attached, which are stocked with environmentally friendly, reef safe toiletries. Some of our larger yachts also feature a spacious master suite layout that includes an elegant lounge area and expanded bathroom.
Both Indoor & Outdoor Lounge Spaces
The sailing catamarans (and one trimaran) in our yacht fleet are intentionally designed for chartering. They’re all laid out with an array of spacious lounge areas to allow all of the guests onboard to have plenty of room to relax together as a group, or find peaceful moments of solitude when desired.
Love to be in the water any chance you get? Our yachts also feature large, deluxe floats so you can relax off the stern of the yacht—in the water, yet close enough for your crew to be able to refill your drinks.
Onboard Entertainment
You will never be bored on the yacht—that is a fact! From board games to beach games to all of the latest & greatest water sports toys, your yacht is stocked with everything you need to maximize your vacation fun.
While you’ll likely be enjoying everything the British Virgin Islands have to offer, sometimes everyone looks forward to some chill time on the yacht. If you’d like to indulge in a movie night or sports game onboard, many of our yachts feature projection screens to enjoy al fresco on the bow.

The British Virgin Islands are comprised of 50+ islands and cays. Why would you stay on just one island for your entire vacation when you can sail around the archipelago and explore as many as you can?

If you’re planning a group trip for 10 or more people, a yacht charter flotilla experience is a great choice.
